The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has placed Metro Manila under Alert Level 1 from July 1 to 15, 2022. Based on IATF’s implementation guideline, most business establishments, facilities, and services are allowed to open at varying degrees for areas under Alert Level 1 including the specialized markets of the Department of Tourism (DOT) such as staycation programs. Guideline/Requirement for Staycation in Manila

  • Staycations for all ages are allowed except those with underlying medical conditions
  • Booking should be made by fully vaccinated adult
  • Fully vaccinated guests should present certification of vaccination from LGU or VaxCertPh
  • Unvaccinated guests shall be required to present a negative result from a rapid antigen test conducted on the same day of check-in
