Based on the latest IATF Resolution, Cebu City, Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City are under Alert Level 1 while the rest province is under Alert Level 2.
Cebu Travel Requirements for Tourists
Tavel within the entire island of Cebu is now permitted. All persons are allowed to travel to and from the Province of Cebu and the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu.

- For fully vaccinated travelers or those who received the last dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to arrival: COVID-19 vaccination card or certification issued by LGU, vaxcert.doh.gov.ph or legitimate vaccinating establishment
- For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers: Medical Certificate issued within twenty-four (24) hours

- All Returning Overseas Filipino’s (ROFs) and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are allowed entry into the Province of Cebu starting January 04, 2022 provided, they undergo five (5) days quarantine period as prescribed by applicable IATF-MEID resolutions
