More than a year since I visited Indonesia, the memories of that amazing trip continue to haunt me. The sights and sounds, people and foods, heritage and culture. Indonesia truly beckons.
After spending two days in Bali, we travel by land and boat to Yogyakarta in the island of Java, just to see the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site of Borobudur, a massive 9th-century Buddhist monument in Magelang. It was a short but fascinating visit that this slideshow hopes to relive.
