Hello! Would you recommend going to Bohol during mid to late August? A friend is visiting from abroad and really wants to hit the beach. Since Boracay is out of the question because of the weather, I thought Bohol might be safer. Do you have other beach suggestions for August? Thanks!

August is generally a rainy season, the probability of rains whenever in the Philippines is high.

which has the strongest rapids among the three?

Chico and Cagayan De Oro Rivers have rapids of up to Level 5. But these rapids are on their advanced white water rafting packages. If I will compare the three on the regular (basic/beginner) white water rafting course, I loved the rapids of Davao.
