Spanish and Korean Lights at Manila Sky

South Korea and Spain conquered Manila’s sky with their vivid bursts of lights in the opening night of Second International Pyromusical Competition at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, February 12.

The event  that was attended by thousands of spectators also featured performances from a Korean violinist, Spanish salsa dancers, and local bands and performers.

Although the show started a bit late, the fireworks display didn’t disappoint the thousands of patient crowd including myself, who were luckily positioned in the VIP area and served with Thai foods, thanks to Melo Villareal, Mr. Christian Miguel of Creatif Foire Pro Incorporated and SM Mall of Asia.

As expected, amazement enveloped everyone as South Korea and Spain fire their lights, but personally, the fifteen-minute Spanish display edged a little over the Korean lights.
